We got a mixed breed dog at LPCHS on 3/27. His name is Sam (was Oliver). He is part collie and part red heeler, or so they say. 3 years old.
He is fairly well behaved, house trained, but otherwise clueless. He has major separation issues and cries/howls when we leave him. He does not like getting in his crate or the car. Once he is in the car he is pretty calm.
Please give me any advice you have for these issues.
